Video Editor & VFX artist As a Video Editor and a VFX artist, you will be expected to assemble recorded footage into a complete finished project as per the vision and concepts which then becomes suitable for broadcasting. As an editor it is essential for you to be able to bring light & sound together to tell a comprehensive story. As a VFX artist, you should be able to create appealing graphics and smart animations within the expected budget.Your creative capabilities and eye for detail should at its best. Roles & Responsibilities - The ability to edit fim pieces, in away which brings audience to be able to visualise and hear the concept Understanding the design teams concept and being able to give it life Being able to trim pieces or segments and creating a film of it Ensuring to provide the team with rough & final cuts Ensuring smooth continuity in the pieces put together and ensure it runs smoothly Being able to discuss and inform the team about the progress right from inception to production and also post production process Being able to understand and implement basic Sound design to the piece Creation of concepts and being able to design high-end motion graphics and animations Being able to understand and help in the creation on storyboards Brainstorming for ideas with the design team to ensure the concept is put together Usage of different VFX techniques like computer generated Imagery, Digital Composition & Motion Control Photography Extremely efficient with the usage of after effects and also premier pro The ability to create CGI characters for video games and mobile applications Troubleshooting any glitches in the project Qualifications Very strong grip on the concepts of Web 3.0 like Metaverse, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, NFTs etc. 1-3+ years proven work experience as a VFX artist and an Editor or an similar roles in the designing department Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Designing, Computer Animation or related fields Proficiency in animation and video production and editing techniques like scaling, trimming, staging & lighting Familiarity with VFX creation softwares like Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, Maya, Etc Highly Creative and able to communicate and produce the concept High proficiency in Premier Pro or similar Softwares Detail Oriented Being able to coordinate with a team and deliver as per timeline
