UI/UX Designer in Pune at Loylogic

The company is very passionate about building engaging, user-friendly, and attractive e-commerce and payment solutions for our products which are served to our international clients, and looking for a UX/UI designer who is determined to support, learn and grow with the company as they continue to do so. They are looking for candidates if they are not afraid to share their opinions, knowing the basic rules of UX, following the latest UI trends, and cannot sleep at night until the designs are well balanced and pixel-perfect. The roles and responsibilities are : (i) Actively practicing and evangelize customer-centric design thinking. (ii) Deeply understanding business goals, distill them into design problems, and come up with elegant solutions. (iii)Owning and driving the end-to-end process for solving UX/UI design problems: ideate, conceptualize, design, test, and refine. (iv) Using quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively. (v) Collaborating with cross-functional teams of product managers, software engineers, customer success managers, and marketers to design intuitive and engaging user experience for Loylogic products. (vi) Creating user scenarios, user journey workflows, wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes throughout the software product development lifecycle. (vii) Delivering high-fidelity design mockups and assets ready for software frontend development. (viii) Establishing beautiful, expressive, and intuitive visual, motion, and interaction design with principles and patterns, across all of our products and platforms, like Web, iOS, and Android. (ix) Providing pixel-perfect static and interactive mockups. (x) Working with Product Designers, Software Engineers, and Design Technologists to develop and ship the solutions.
