Tele calling in Ernakulam, Kerala, Ind; at PGS London

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. Telecallers should be fluent in English and Malayalam (any additional language is a bonus.) Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads, promoting services, and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently. Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred. Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and be able to meet sales targets. Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
