Total 4 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years plus experience as a Design Team Leader or a similar role. BFA GD Art B Design in advertising fine art Design or relevant field. Excellent working knowledge of software such as Illustrator Photoshop InDesign etc Hands-on experience with logo design typography color web layout design print production image selection Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio Excellent English comprehension skills to interpret client direction and expectations. A high degree of accuracy and attention to details Excellent at coaching mentoring and inspiring team members Proven experience as a Supervisor Mentor or in a similar creative role. Ability to manage a group of team members independently Incorporate feedback and take give direction well. Team player with strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in night shifts in a Rotational work environment Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Individual contributor as well a strong team player
