. Responsible for configuration and support of SAN and NAS storage infrastructures for internal and external customers. . This position is focused primarily on EMC VMAX storage and related technologies. . Installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring and support for storage hardware and software used by Windows and UNIX operating systems in all Data Centers and customer remote locations. . Migration of new clients into the DC infrastructure or in some cases into a customers own data center. . Participation in completing customer service orders, preparing and peer-reviewing change requests and handling of problem tickets in an efficient manner. . Interaction with other support departments to provide resilient computing environments for internal and external DC customers. Mandatory Skills . Monitoring of all storages and switch health status . Preparation of space utilization on daily basis . Preparation of CPU utilization and snap mirror report . Documentation of all storage and switch information . Space expansion of volumes as per Operation Manager and requirement of business . Monitoring of NAS and SAN environment . Handling NetApp FAS 2020, FAS 3020, FAS 6030, FAS6080 and FAS 270 . Series Storages . Creation of new CIFS, NFS shares . Creation of new iscsi, FCP luns and groups .
