Attending break down and Preventive maintenance Calls on time. Daily Productivity 4- 5 Calls in a day Improving good PR with customers by visiting or calling frequently Daily calls should updates on Mobile App on a daily basis  Timely Update calls status to the customer, Email communication on time getting feedback from the customer Approaching the customer for all AMC renewal and Warranty to AMC and follow up battery orders Solve the issues by phone or get an update on a problem to visit the site with spares Attending BD Calls with sufficient spares to get a close single visit Monitoring all AMC/ Billable / Warranty calls about proposal reaching to customer Understanding the failure reasons to avoid repeated issues Improving the product knowledge
