Job description Designation: Service Support Engineer Department: Service Responsibilities 1 Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat. 2 Understanding customer needs and concerns & provide technical support to customer. 3 Follow up to ensure resolution. 4 Providing a high level of customer service. 5 Preparing and submitting service reports. 6 Familiar with Basic Networking Concepts. 7 Must have knowledge about Serial, Ethernet, Fiber Communication interface. 8 Having knowledge about IoT (LTE, 5G, MQTT, HTTP), Communication Protocols (Modbus, BACnet etc.). 9 Preparation of Configuration files for Device configuration. 10 Report to senior and manager on work progress. 11 Participate in Daily service meeting to discuss the service cases and action plan. 12 Ability to work on Various testing software's Like Hyper terminal, Modscan, docklight, MIB browser, Modsim.
