Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce in Kolkata at Workstreet

1. Must Have  Minimum of 3 years hands on experience in Salesforce Application Custom Development (4+ years of IT experience)  Proficient in JavaScript, Apex, Lightning components, LWC, SFDX, DevOps Tools  Experience in Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers and Classes, SOQL  Experience in Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, Flows, Process Builder.  User Interface: Lightning, jQuery  Familiar with Salesforce Communities   Integration (at least in REST API) experience in Projects, experience in developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers  Good communication skills  Good attitude towards upskilling in new areas of SF platform  Firm understanding of Salesforce Governor limits, limit monitoring, and best- practices for limit-informed development and security best practices 2. Strict No -Nos  Just Visual force experience or theoretical knowledge on Lightning  Not having project experience in any of the must have JD skillsets  Just Admin and configuration experience 3. Nice To Have  SF Certification PD1 / JavaScript Developer 1  Experience in developing AppExchange application development and Managed package.  Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud / Experience cloud experience (exposure)  Experience in Data migration   4. Additional Guidelines.  Strict screening on technical knowledge (hands-on experience) in Lightning AURA and LWC, JavaScript and Apex  Strict screening of candidates who are joining date is immediate (less than 15 - 30 days), check for companies worked & communication/attitude before lining up for technical interview
