Job Summary: Senior Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery, and driving sales growth. Client Relationship Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. • Understand client needs and objectives, propose solutions that meet their requirements. • Concept development based on client requirements. • Ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives. 2. Sales Generation and Targets: • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand client base. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients. • Actively pursue new sales leads and opportunities. • Prepare and deliver proposals to potential clients. 3. Issue Resolution: • Investigate and resolve client issues and complaints, aiming for quick resolution and client satisfaction. • Escalate issues as needed to appropriate internal departments and ensure follow-up until resolved. 4. Client Onboarding • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients, proactively engage through various channels. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions . • 5. Team Leadership and Collaboration: • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving common goals. • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. 6.
