1)Demonstrated Technical Expertise in Java or JEE, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate or JPA, XML, Junit, Maven, Ant, Tomcat, Shell Scripting, Javascript, HTML, JSP, Jquery, REST Webservices, Agile Scrum. 2)Must have expertise in database design and have experience in Oracle Database, SQL. 3)Good knowledge of Design patterns and system architecture. 4)Has strong technical skills and often develops the architecturally significant components of the software system and/or interfaces. 5)Strong aptitude for problem solving Team player with people skills in mentoring junior team members. 6)Good communication skill to collaborate with business/PM on product requirement and ensure the junior developers understand the big picture from technical stand points Aptitude and desire for training up on new skills.
