Job Requirements : Thee candidate should possess : 5+ years of experience in counseling students on admissions to foreign universities and colleges. 1-2 years of managerial experience of leading a team of 3-8 people (Must have). Research into news related to university admissions and preparing content/ whitepapers on important/ recent updates. Understanding of various courses and career options across various disciplines. Experience in guiding students on the best course option based on the students- profile and career interests. Sound understanding of the admission process for Diploma, Bachelors, Post-Graduation diploma, and Masters degrees in Canada, UK, Australia, USA. Experience of having worked on the student visa application process for various countries such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA. Manage admission process for Diploma, Bachelors, Post-Graduation diploma, and Masters degrees in Canada, UK, Australia, USA. Help students research on and shortlist universities based on their interests, aptitude, budget, test scores, and other vital factors. Help students introspect on events and brainstorm ideas on how to write their essays, create video content, SOPs, Resumes, etc as per the requirement of the universities. Coordinate and assist students in writing their SOPs/ Essays/ LORs/ and in preparing other admissions/ visa application related material Help students in creating the first draft of their SOPs/ Essays and editing them towards further improvement, suitable for admissions to targeted universities. Spend time with students in ideating on essay topics. Drafting of well-crafted SOPs, devising structure with strong vocabulary, revision along with editing to rectify grammatical errors like punctuation, spelling checks, etc. Proofreading, establishing the tone of SOP & building outlines. Suggest changes/areas of improvement to students to help them in developing specialized high-quality content according to student profile and experience. Edit or rewrite the content from scratch to make it meaningful and align with the required course & university, focus on self-motivation, passion, competence, and potential. Deliver high quality, plagiarism-free content using different styles- sequential /storytelling within a specified amount of time - entertaining suggestive iterations/ changes to be followed by counsellors/students. Participate and contribute to all the events, activities, initiatives organized by the management. Send reports and reviews of student progress and performance at regular intervals. Creation of reports and presentations as instructed by the management. Devote time and attention to the business and operations of ForeignAadmits Follow all lawful directions and instructions by the management and HR team.
