SAP-CX( Consumer Experience) ; Location: Mumbai; Company: Bajaj electricals; * The purpose is to handle Migration from Adobe / IBM Commerce to CX SAP platform * Stack Profile preferred as SAP / HANA being implemented * SAP CX service & SAP hybris commerce experience is a must Experience: 10+ Years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience in  SAP CRM/ C4C. Should possess extensive expertise, practical experience, and deep business knowledge of SAP CX (Customer experience). Strong experience in implementation, roll out and support of end to end SAP CX Solutions (C4C Sales and Service Cloud, Commerce, CDC, CPQ etc) Should have good knowledge on configurations related to master data viz. Customers, Installed Base, Products, Account Hierarchy, Employees and Contacts Well versed with configurations related to transactional data viz. Service Contract, Sales Order and Service Ticket; Adept in all phases of project development, from conceptualization to analysis & recommendations, project planning, implementation, through realization and going live; able to translate business objectives into clear functional and technical requirements. Experience in Cloud Operations as well as knowledge of cloud solutions and technologies Hands-on experience in SAP integration services between S/4 HANA, C4C and Commerce cloud, all data is real time, while maintaining sanctity of the source systems Experience of CPQ and its integration with C4C Sales Experience of integration between C4C Sales and external Marketing System Must be able to simulate web service requests using SOAP UI, postman or similar tools, and provide feedback while developing or evaluating the proposed approach Experience on SAP C4C UI Designing, creating/changing layout and fine-tuning using cloud Studio. Web services Experience in Custom Form development, External Web service Integration Experience in Building Integration flows between SAP C4C and other Non SAP Systems using web services SAP CX Certification will be added preference. working experience with RPA technologies would be a plus (Automation Anywhere RPA preferred) Experience with Chatbot technologies would be a plus (Oracle Digital Assistant preferred) Other Requirements: Experience in project management, agile practices & methodologies Having ITIL, PMP, Agile certifications is a plus Experience in change management processes, program governance and program management Experience of working in a DevOps environment is preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under stressful conditions Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a diverse team. Excellent English writing and editing skills and verbal communication skills including presentations, workshop facilitation, business and report writing.  Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork skill Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
