Responsibilities and Duties The Production & Purchase Executive will be helping in the following - Contact with Vendors, Monthly Purchase and Export Reporting - Keeping Inventory overview of material and supplies - Vendor Management, Price negotiations with Suppliers, etc. - Maintaining purchase invoices, vouchers, and other documentation Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Must Haves: - Several years of experience in Purchase Management (Additionally, experience in Production is beneficial). Understanding in the Printing field is added advantage - Strong negotiation skills - Supplier research - Strong personality/ability to tirelessly keep vendors on track - Team player - reliable and leading by example - Quick and out of the box thinking for day to day production
