Qualifications 1. BE/MCA with 10-12 years of experience with strong expertise in management of medium to large scale projects. 2. Strong expertise in tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps for project and program management. 3. Expertise in Agile development models. Scrum master certification is definite plus. 4. Exposure to managing Cloud native projects is preferred. 5. Excellent communication skills. Responsibilities 1. Manage a team of between 10 – 15 developers, testers and solution architects. 2. Interact with product managers to create scrum iterations and releases. 3. Co-ordination with customers for setting up of release timelines for product versions. 4. Day to day co-ordination of team activities. 5. Create and maintain project execution dashboards. 6. Closely work with customers for issues reported during product implementations.
