Job Overview: As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysing the product according to market, do product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Analyst will also ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. Responsibilities and Duties: You do the market research and also competitive research and analysis to create a profile for the product. You analyse the product and frame the correct fit for it and analyse product market fit to analyse the product’s success. You help manage the product development process conception through design, development, release and iteration along with a product owner and a team. Build a shared vision of the product and communicate it with all relevant stakeholders. You leverage user research, usability studies, market research, experiments and data analysis and translate them into requirements that solve real problems for a large set of users. You lead and support initiatives to drive user feedback/ research, acting as a “voice of the customer”. You ensure that product decisions are based on strong logical rigour and in-depth analysis, and value data over opinions. Guide the team towards the shared product vision and deliver on the KRAs while enabling growth opportunities for the team members and the company. Qualifications: You should understand web3 trends in the market and channel the company’s goals in the most profitable directions. You should be aware of IDO marketing and should have some experience in it. You should understand the launchpad business model for web 3 companies. Should have deep knowledge about Token Generation Events (TGE). Should have good knowledge about NFTs and Metaverse and their future. Very strong grip on the concepts of Web 3.0 like Metaverse, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, NFTs etc. Research and analytic skills. 1-3 years of experience in the product management domain, a software engineering background is preferred. Ability to break down complex problems, identify use cases and solutions that can be reused across multiple areas Self-starter who thinks creatively and laterally to create a product that is central to the success of the business Strong consumer product instincts— you intuitively understand why product ideas will succeed. Great communication skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide range of team members and job functions - including executives, and to lead through influence across teams. Demonstrated ability to analyse data from a variety of sources, identify key insights, spot optimization opportunities, and inform product decisions, with a bias to action and experimentation. Proven ability to deliver while balancing many priorities and comfort with ambiguity.
