Should be good in analysing requirements and translation into applications. Good in understanding application flows. Should be able to come up with design and solutions for the given requirements. Should be able to design database models and flow for the given requirement. Should be able to guide junior team members. Should be able to take ownership of assignments and work independently on own to complete the tasks on time with quality. Tech Skills Mobile technology – Native (Android 5 – java or kotlin / iOS 4 – swift (preferred), Objective C ) – Expert level – Should have completed 4-5 full sized complex projects with server component, use of cloud services, use of device native capabilities like camera, accelerometer etc. Should have deployed at least 1 application on Playstore / Appstore Hybrid (Ionic / Cordova / capacitor / flutter) – Intermediate/beginner – Should be familiar with the concept of hybrid applications and should be able to pick up quickly on the technology, if required. Other Details It'll be a Work from Office setup, we will be calling everyone to the office. We are looking for immediate joiners but max we can stretch upto 15 day of notice period. Additional Note: We need candidates from product / startup backgrounds with good end to end experience and also who can take ownership and work on their own.
