Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote PGS London's products and services. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use findings to inform marketing strategies. Plan and execute direct and digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO). Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support the conversion of leads into customers. Co-ordinate compelling content for marketing materials such as brochures, website copy, blog posts, and email newsletters. Manage the firm's online presence and reputation through website management, social media engagement, and online review monitoring. Analyze marketing metrics and track campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve marketing goals. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI). Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and industry influencers. Stay informed about industry trends, educational advancements, and marketing best practices to continually improve marketing efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the education sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Creativity and ability to think strategically to develop innovative marketing campaigns. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a marketing team. Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
