Job Description:

Job Responsibility: Roads & Highway Projects • Pre-tender Estimation & costing for bidding process. • Estimation and preparation of Bill of Quantities BOQ's to assist in the tendering process. • Preparing rate analysis for various items as per requirements. • Estimation and costing of the BOQ items and filling up the rates for items in BOQ. • Preparing of Cost sheets, Balance sheets, Cost to company sheets, Budgetary Costing v/s Actual costing sheet and updating the same monthly wise. • Negotiating costs with vendors to draw up bids for tender submission • Preparation of rate analysis for variation orders, QS Report, cash flow, Trackers and budget sheet. • Maintaining supplier / subcontractor database and consistently seek new companies to Pre-qualify for inclusion on tender list. • Preparing RFI (Request for Information), preparing comparison statement and material submittals for onward submission • Preparing post - tender project zero budget (Baseline Cost Plan) of the project.
