Position : Manager Qualification: BE/ B.tech in Civil Engineering. Preferable : M.Tech Location: Mumbai Industry: Power/Energy Experience: 7-10 years project engineering experience in the design/build of electric utility scale solar projects (Single solar PV project of minimum 50 MW and power evacuation system of 220 kV). Key Responsibilities: · Should have hands-on project engineering experience in the design/build for renewable energy projects · Should have hands on experience/ knowledge on the Module Mounting Structure (MMS) design and new technological improvements in the Balance of Systems (BoS) for project cost and generation optimization · Should have extensive experience on road, drainage system design · Should have experience of working on HT system (foundation design of Switchyard, HT Transmission line, Control room) · Responsible for review and control the development of detail engineering design of civil aspect in accordance with basic or conceptual engineering design · Should be able to co-ordinate with Construction team, Owner’s Engineer and EPC Contractor and resolve query related to drawings · Highlight matters relating to concerns of engineering progress, quality of material and workmanship at site, schedule and construction and suggest remedial measures · Acts as the key coordinator between Owners Engineers, EPC Contractors and Project Site execution teams to drive the activities, planned deliverables and monitor engineering progress as per schedule · Shall be responsible for managing variance and change requests during detail design and support Project Development team on engineering issues resolution through mutual discussions with EPC Contractor
