Job Description:

. Minimum 10 years of experience administering, monitoring and managing Redhat environments. . Advanced knowledge of Redhat Linux . VERITAS Clusters administration and configuration. . Proficiency in supporting various Hardware and SAN storage . Expert on VERITAS volume manager . Patch and Package administration . Administration and configuration of LDAP, iPlanet . Core system-level knowledge (Linux Concepts, file systems, ACLs, Kernel, etc) . Good knowledge in Linux System Optimizations and Security . Should be having good knowledge of SAN topologies, Fibre Channel, Multipathing. . Hand on experience in Administering High Availability Cluster, failover scenarios, load-balanced environment knowledge. . Experience with RedHat Satellite Server and provisioning. . Knowledge on application server administration like Web Sphere, Web Logic, Tomcat, Apache, etc . Monitoring system performance and kernel tuning.
