Essential Experiences, Duties and Responsibilities: • Hands on experience preferred • Understanding & Developing front end website architecture (HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery) • Designing user interactions on web pages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery) • Developing back-end website applications (Core/Enterpise Java, Microservices Architecture, Springboot, ORM/JPA, Loggers, Annotations, Oracle Java 9+ features, Authentication and Authorization) • Understanding servers and databases for functionality (Infrastructure, Deployments on Servers, Common DBs like MySQL, PGSql, MongoDb) • Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones (API design, data throughput understanding) • Ensuring responsiveness of applications (Responsive design understanding) • Understanding development life cycle • Designing and developing APIs (REST/SOAP) • Staying abreast of developments in chosen web applications and programming languages (new Java features, design improvements, enterprise improvements) Interview Process: • First Technical Round for understanding candidates’ grasp of relevant technology • Second Techno-functional interview with focus on projects executed and related technology implementation • Final Client round or HR round to understand personality, strengths, weaknesses, goals and answer queries regarding the company Salary Band: as per current industry standards
