Conduct assessments on the maturity of the Quality Assurance processes, effectiveness, efficiency, tools and provide an implementation strategy. Build and implement Test Strategy Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle. Lead design sessions and code reviews to elevate the quality engineering across the organization. Define, create, and support reusable automated test solutions from a business and technology perspective. Creates automated test cases, executes test suites, reviews and diagnoses reported bugs, and ensures overall system quality prior to a product release. Execute software delivery utilizing an Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), continuous delivery and continuous testing. Build product definitions and leverage technical skills to determine solutions. Mentor other engineers. Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
