Job Summary: As a 3D Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating event concepts into captivating visual experiences. You will collaborate closely with clients and our event planning team to understand and execute event visions through innovative design solutions. Your expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, technical design, and coordination will ensure the seamless integration of all event elements. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Concept Development • Collaborate with clients and the event planning team to understand the event’s vision, theme, and objectives. • Generate creative and innovative concepts for event spaces, stages, exhibition booths, and other elements. • Present and showcase designs to Peers. 2. 3D Modeling and Rendering • Develop detailed 3D models of event layouts, including floor plans, stages, seating arrangements, and decorative elements. • Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. 3. Technical Design and Planning • Create technical drawings such as plans, sections, and elevations to guide the production team. • Ensure designs adhere to budgetary, venue, and safety constraints. 4. Material and Equipment Specifications • Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and props that align with the design concept and event requirements. • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and procure necessary materials and equipment. 5. Coordination with Teams • Work closely with production, lighting, and sound teams to integrate all event elements seamlessly. • Coordinate with construction and installation teams to oversee event structure build and setup. 6. Client Presentations and Revisions • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, clearly articulating design concepts and proposed modifications. • Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback to refine and enhance designs as required. 7. On-Site Supervision and Troubleshooting • Attend event setup and breakdown to ensure accurate implementation of designs. • Address any issues promptly to maintain design integrity and ensure a successful event experience.
