. You will be working directly with the Content Head, discussing strategies and working holistically towards Work Advantage's Graphic improvements, from concept through production. . Study design briefs and determine requirements. . Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. . Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. . Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand. . Amend designs after feedback. . Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Excellent documentation skills to draft proposals, reply to RFPs and presentations. 4. Able to work independently and multi-tasking.
