Job Description, 1. Knowledge on all digital and social media platforms and using it to improve lead generation process. 2. Develop sales strategies and implement new innovative lead generation methods for cold calling, email marketing and other methods. 3. Taking ownership of the generated leads until conversion with them accordingly. 4. Active networking skills and should be aware of events and activities happening across. 5. Ability to research and shortlist leads according to the requirements. 6. Having a strong grasp on customer acquisition and retention. 7. Maintain relationships with clients by providing information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvement. 8. Setting and Meeting Targets on a regular, weekly and monthly basis. 9. Reporting the individual and team progress to the management and working on the scope of improvement.
