1. Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns 2. Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights 3. Designing, building and maintaining our social media presence 4. Utilizing a strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 5. Evaluating emerging technologies 6. Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies 7. Writing and optimizing content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter. 8. Attaining key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion 9. Writing copy for email marketing campaigns 10. Driving traffic to company pages 11. Contacting, interviewing, and hiring third-party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content
