Role is basically about the Software-Experience. The primary task is about Meshing (Mold flow) in software Software preferred for meshing is Hypermesh. Experience should range between 0.6 Months-3 yrs Roles and Responsibilities :- Automotive Systems Ability to postprocess results and make reports. Should know different tests for Vehicle systems and recommend design modifications to meet acceptance criteria based on analysis results. Good fundamentals - Strength of materials, Applied mechanics and Finite element methods Knowledge of different tests for Vehicle systems and test instrumentations. Correlation of CAE results with physical test results. (1) Meshing - Hypermesh, SIMLAB (2) Solvers - Nastran, Abaqus, Ansys (3) Post processing - Hyperview (4) FEMFAT and Meshing of Moldflow
