Job Summary The Business Development Executive holds a pivotal senior-level position within our organization, focusing on driving sales and managing client relationships within the dynamic Event Management industry. This role carries significant responsibility and authority, with a primary emphasis on strategic sales planning, client acquisition, and retention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Targets: • Proactively identify potential clients through networking, industry events, cold calling, referrals, and social media and targeted outreach efforts. • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively from prospecting to closure. • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition. 2. Account Management: • Nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their event needs and objectives. • Building business relationships with current and potential clients • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceed client expectations. • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to foster long-term partnerships. 3. Strategic Planning and Execution: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Stay informed about industry regulations, emerging technologies, and best practices. 4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue generated, and pipeline status. • Provide forecasts and updates to management regarding sales performance and market trends. • Recommend adjustments to sales strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback. 5. Team Collaboration and Leadership: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to optimize client satisfaction and business outcomes. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
