Responsibilities and Duties: - Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. - Doing market research and formulating strategies to improve the product proposition. - Working closely with the business, product, design team & development team to analyze and design functional enhancements. - Performing user acceptance testing and developing reports and analysis. - Identifying business needs and business challenges, forecasting requirements, and working on them. - Collecting and analyzing the project’s business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to the development team and the non-technical users. Qualifications: - Very strong grip on the concepts of Web 3.0 like Metaverse, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, NFTs etc. - 1-3 years of experience in business analysis. - Great communication skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide range of team members and job functions - including executives, and to lead through influence across teams. - Out of the box thinker who is always up to date with the current industry updates. - Advanced Excel skills - Plan and execute research to meet specific company objectives. - Proficiency in documentation software & analytics platforms
