Application Support in Pune at Survik Software Pvt.Limited.

• Hands on Experience on UNIX, Shell scripting, Sql, UNIX commands and AWS & Devops (Jenkins and Git). • Need to work independently in shifts (24/7, Day/Night Shifts) and • Having retail domain experience will be add on. • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new concepts quickly and utilizing the same in a productive manner. • Responsible for providing support and synchronizing data depending on the priority of the issues. • Build knowledge articles and documents for support tasks • Handling Incidents – resolve incidents within SLA for Business Continuity, identify and investigate root cause. • Generate Incident Reports. • Raise ticket with Development team, for bugs/fixes. • To review, write, implement and maintain system documentation. • Self-motivated, excellent team player with proven leadership skills. • Infrastructural Knowledge will be added advantage. • Skill Set Required: o Linux/Unix o Shell Scripting o Control – M o Sql o AWS & Devops Knowledge o ITIL Service Operations framework o Incident & Change Management o Any Ticketing tool
