and Business / Functional Group SolidWorks Technical – Post Sales, Desktop Location Bangalore Number of Vacancy RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide technical support, via email, remote sessions and phone, by addressing technical questions, providing guidance, advice, and modelling assistance in a wide variety of application using SolidWorks Suite of Products • The ability to understand the needs of our customers and to work closely with them and others in our extensive technical support team to present solutions to meet client needs • Escalate the customer issues to the next level technical member/SolidWorks Technical Support • Proactive calling to the customers to understand the software usage and performance and trouble shoot issues if any • Invite & follow up on customers for In-House Trainings and Webinars • Suggest best practices, guidelines and technical solutions for productivity improvement • Document the support activity in the CRM system • Write technical articles/blogs, record screen capture video of software processes for publishing to the organizations technical blog • Complete the customer engagement activity assigned to you by our parent company Dassault systemes, SOLIDWORKS and document the same by engaging with your team • Conduct Webinars, Trainings & Technical Sessions for Team members & Customers • Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: • Customer feedback on the Support • Number of Proactive calls and FAQ’s created • Quality of the Blogs and online content against the target • Initiative’s taken to improve the effectiveness of customer Satisfaction PERSON PROFILE: • Minimum of 0-1 years of experience utilizing SOLIDWOKRS. (SOLIDWORKS Simulation and PDM a plus) • B.E/Dilploma in Mechanical/Automotive • Good knowledge and understanding of engineering processes and terminology of mechanical CAD and design industry • Strong communication and Analytical skills • Good troubleshooting/problem solving skills • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
