A Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and launching programmes. ● Liaising with the marketing and communications team to increase awareness of programs ● Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, and quality. ● They should effectively manage communications and build rapport with the stakeholders. ● They should run campaigns to effectively onboard educators from events, communities, companies, linkedin, social media and so on. ● They should initiate management interventions wherever gaps in the programme are identified or issues arise. ● They should report the progress of the programme at regular intervals to the team lead. ● They should systematically complete the documentation process of onboarding all stakeholders. ● They should take feedback from learners and rate the producers, educators & programmes ● They should support the production & programme management team for various administrative tasks and generating reports. ● Updating the performance trackers, submitting reports, and attending stand-up meetings. ● Meeting the target KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRAs (Key Result Areas) ● Meeting the target KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRAs (Key Result Areas)
