HR Manager in Delhi at Uni Square Concepts

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Screen resumes and takes telephone interviews 2. Schedule face to face interviews 3. Coordinate for interviews before & upon arrival to the office 4. Coordinate with employees for all HR aspects 5. Maintain proper supervision and control 6. Act as a link between senior & subordinates to get the work executed 7. Ensure proper completion of work of designated team members 8. Provide assistance/ feedback to/ of juniors whenever required 9. Negotiate with freelancers and get freelance sample screened and added to the database 10. Find & negotiate with external vendors 11. Coordinate with vendors 12. Get invoices from vendor/ freelancers 13. Maintain a proper account of work done by freelancers and vendors 14. Get payment executed of vendors/freelancers, inform recipient, seek confirmation 15. Maintain office assets and ensure proper working functioning of office as per standards 16. Coordinate with relevant people and get office assets repaired whenever required 17. Coordinate with visitors to the office 18. Generate referrals for job openings, ensure proper database updation
