ob Description – o 7+ years experience in development of modern front-end web development o Experience leading front end developers o Strong HTML5, CSS3, JS, jQuery experience o Proven experience with ReactJS o Proven experience with NodeJS o Experience with redux-forms and redux-saga o Experience with Jest for Unit Tests o Experience with creating API specs using Open API Swagger o Proven ability within and knowledge of the full SDLC as a Front-End Web Developer o Knowledge of modern web trends and best practices The successful candidate will: • Work together in a cross functional squad structure and interact with UX design teams, business stakeholders and other technical members to build front end experiences. • Be able to translate user journeys and stories into technical components and tasks. • Be the primary person responsible to solution design the front-end experience including all aspects such as component design, reusability, security, performance, cross browser concerns etc. • Be strong in communication and be able to represent rest of the team. • Collaborate with the broader team and contribute to planning, estimations and drive design discussions. • Guide developers with detailed designs, code and unit tests. This involves front end with ReactJS and APIs with NodeJS. • Lead adoption of best practices and continuous improvement. • Perform diagnosis and resolution of technical issues. Proactively identify preventive measures. Articulate technical risks and issues to non-technical stakeholders. • Provide technical support for release planning requirements and management.
