Experience in Permanent and Temporary hiring. Interacting with the functional heads about the requirement in detail and gather various related information. Utilizing various sourcing Job Portals like Naukri & Shine.com to find resumes as per client’s need. Closure of the position after reference check, notice period & salary fitment negotiation and release of offer. Referring Internal Database and Employee Referrals. Sourcing - Screening and short-listing of the candidates for their suitability in terms of qualification, experience, skills etc. Understanding the requirement of the Client. Fluent English speaking and excellent communication skill is must.
